Charli - Year 12
“The things that stood out the most about BRCC is the help they provide in school and outside off school, they make sure you challenge your self with real world experiences, acknowledge you when you try your best and when you’re not doing the best and are just by your side through thick and thin.
What I liked about school the most is all the options they give to get out into the workplace and the support they have at the school is amazing and I enjoyed all the excursions we went on with the class because when we got the class together and we all hung out like a big family.”
Bella - Year 12
“Being at this school has given me so many amazing opportunities that I wouldn’t have been able to have or even thought about looking at previously. I was able to do a creative entrepreneurship in year 10, as well as a photography class with Armelle, who I now see as my mentor. Ronnie and I were able to set up a photoshoot with a full backdrop and not have to pay for it. I’ve been able to explore interests that I might not have been able to afford or know how to pursue. Our teachers and staff have taken us on excursions to fun and interesting places as well like laser tag, forest adventures, Fremantle Prison and more.
One of the biggest and most important impacts this school has had on me, is how much I have grown and improved as a person. I have so much more confidence in myself and my work, and I’m not afraid to show it. I’ve come to know my importance to the class, and to other’s and how many people trust me, which comes with responsibility.”
Big Picture enabled me to do what I am passionate about, and the more time I spent on it, the better I became.
